STATEWIDE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY NETWORKING
With the high demand for contractors in Arizona, you can never have enough contacts in the industry. INDUSTRY LIAISON
While your company is busy building Arizona, ACA builds and maintains working relationships with state and local governmental agencies such as Arizona Department of Safety and Health (ADOSH), Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), US Department of Labor, Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC), Arizona Department of Commerce (ADOC) and the Arizona School Facilities Board. ACA builds and maintains these relationships so our members can spend their company time on constructing quality facilities, while having these key liaisons.

GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS/LOBBYING
ACA offers the award winning Contractors’ Grassroots Network and its online advocacy tool, the Contractors’ Grassroots Network Action Center, the Governmental Affairs Committee, comprised of ACA members who recommend policy positions to the ACA Board of Directors; and the ACA Political Action Fund (ACAPAC), a program designed to help elect those candidates who support our views on business and the industry. In addition, ACA provides members with registered lobbyists, who work directly with lawmakers on behalf of the construction industry.

Whether its liability, health or workers’ compensation insurance, ACA has you covered. Our 30 plus years of partnering with the SCF of Arizona has paid big dividends for ACA members needing workers’ compensation insurance. 24/7 COMMUNICATIONS
The most important element of any relationship is communication and the ACA communicates to its membership in several ways. The Arizona Construction Weekly, the weekly e-newsletter and The Arizonan, the ACA‘s quarterly magazine keeps members informed of what is going on in the industry, at the Legislature and within the association.
