AZCA is your voice in economic development community where we provide industry data & support in assisting and landing our next business relocation and expansion. AZCA members are leaders in the construction industry and we promote that to the economic development community & public officials.
GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS/LOBBYING
Your United Voice in Governmental Affairs – The AZCA lobbying staff represents the construction industry’s concerns before state and local governments. AZCA influences government with our active membership engaged in our political efforts. The Contractors Grassroots Network is our online tool designed to keep our members informed of Legislative activities. Through this program AZCA members can express to public officials our questions, concerns and opinions on legislation that may affect the construction industry and Arizona’s economy. The Governmental Affairs Committee, comprised of AZCA members who recommend policy positions to the AZCA Board of Directors; and the AZCA Political Action Fund (AZCAPAC), a program designed to help elect those candidates who support our views on business, the industry and the economy.
THE INDUSTRY’S LIAISON
While your company is busy building Arizona, AZCA builds and maintains working relationships with state and local governments such as the Arizona Legislature, Arizona Cities & Towns, Arizona Commerce Authority, Economic Development Organizations/Departments, and much more. ACA builds and maintains these relationships so our members can spend their company time on constructing quality facilities, while having these key liaisons.

Our 30 plus years of partnering with the SCF of Arizona has paid big dividends for AZCA members needing workers’ compensation insurance. This partnership has produced for AZCA members over $36 million in dividends. Through AZCA membership, businesses can contact fellow AZCA members who provide full lines of insurance.

The construction industry is constantly changing and through good times and bad, you can never have enough contacts in the industry.
